Position Description/Responsibilities
A Behavior Technician provides 1:1 therapy to the child in the home, school or community setting. You will work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to follow their behavior intervention plan. You will establish and maintain relationships with the children and families you serve; you will implement behavior plans and take data on skills learned during your treatment time. Requirements
- At least high school diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working with children who have mental health or developmental disabilities
- RBT 40 hour course completion
- Certified as Registered Behavior Technician
- Basic Life Support, CPR, First Aid
- Supervision for those pursuing BCBA or BCaBA certification
- Work well as part of a team
