Position Description/Responsibilities
A Behavior Technician provides 1:1 therapy to the child in the home, school or community setting. You will work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to follow their behavior intervention plan. You will establish and maintain relationships with the children and families you serve; you will implement behavior plans and take data on skills learned during your treatment time. This is an incredibly rewarding, fun, fast paced career choice!
Requirements

At least high school diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience working with children who have mental health or developmental disabilities

RBT 40 hour course completion

Certified as Registered Behavior Technician

Basic Life Support, CPR, First Aid

Supervision for those pursuing BCBA or BCaBA certification
